Precision Pressure Calibrator
Overview
The APSL311 series Precision Pressure Calibrator measures pressure, current, voltage, resistance and ambient temperature, with a clock display, and can integrate dual pressure modules to verify pressure transmitters, pressure switches, pressure gauges and electric-contact pressure gauges. A built-in HART function can replace a HART hand-held communicator to set or calibrate a HART transmitter's range, force the transmitter output current to fixed values (e.
g. 20 mA, 12 mA, 4 mA) and set linear or square-root functions—more convenient than a HART communicator.
The dual-range version houses two pressure modules, doubling the covered range so users change calibrators less often, reduce the risk of over-pressure sensor damage, and carry half as many gauges on site—economical and practical. Key features:
- pressure up to 60 MPa
- measurement of pressure, current, voltage, resistance and ambient temperature
- built-in DC24V supply to power transmitters
- optional built-in HART with Chinese display
- automatic temperature compensation
- storage of 28/56 verification results
- clock display
- 5- or 6-digit display
- backlit dot-matrix LCD
- and a removable rechargeable lithium battery.
