Overview

The APSL803 Fully Automatic Pressure Calibration Device communicates with any pressure controller and can fully automatically verify up to four pressure transmitters, run high-static-pressure tests on differential-pressure transmitters, and verify digital pressure gauges with automatic reading recognition.

Connected to a computer, it automatically prints original verification records and reports. The unit stores up to 10,000 records and supports data export to Excel via USB.

A wireless barcode scanner captures sample barcodes to retrieve relevant information and initiate fully automatic verification. Apart from mounting and removing the device under test, the whole process runs automatically without an attendant, greatly improving testing efficiency, making it ideal for metrology institutes.

Designed strictly in accordance with China’s pressure instrument verification regulations, it approaches each verification point from below during the upstroke and from above during the downstroke.

When matched with TMMS-2000 automatic calibration software, it constitutes a fully automatic pressure instrument verification system featuring true one-key operation: after selecting the measuring range, simply press "Auto" to complete pressurization, depressurization, pressure stabilization, data recording, error analysis, as well as printing of verification reports and certificates.

It supports calibration for pressure transmitters, digital pressure gauges and pressure indicating gauges. Built-in HART function can fully replace a HART communicator.

Comprehensive protection mechanisms are equipped, including overpressure alarm (triggered at 110% full scale), overcurrent protection (pressurization halts when transmitter current exceeds 20.5 mA), leakage alarm and sensor fault alarm.
