APSL803Fully automatic pressure calibration device, capable of communicating with any pressure controller, can fully automatically calibrate 4 pressure transmitters, fully automatically perform high static pressure tests on differential pressure transmitters, can fully automatically calibrate digital pressure gauges, automatically recognize readings from digital pressure gauges, can connect to a computer to automatically print calibration original records and calibration reports, this device can record 10,000 records, and export EXCEL files via USB. Uses a wireless barcode scanner to scan barcodes on samples, automatically retrieves sample information, and performs fully automatic calibration.
Except for manual intervention required for installing and removing the tested instruments, all other processes are fully automated without the need for personnel supervision, greatly improving detection efficiency. Suitable for use in metrology institutes.

This device is designed entirely according to Chinese pressure gauge calibration procedures. During the upward stroke, it approaches the calibration point from bottom to top; during the downward stroke, it approaches the calibration point from top to bottom.
This device is compatible with TMMS2000 Used together with automatic calibration software, it forms a fully automatic pressure gauge verification system, realizing true automatic verification of pressure gauges. As long as the range is selected, pressing the "Auto" key can achieve automatic pressurization, depressurization, pressure control, data recording, error analysis, printing verification reports and certificates, etc., that is, it has a "one-key" pressure gauge verification function.
Overpressure protection is set: when the transmitter current exceeds 20.5mA , pressurization stops.

Has complete protection functions, overpressure protection (if exceeding range's 110% an alarm will be issued), overcurrent protection (when the transmitter current exceeds20.5mA), leakage, sensor fault and other alarms. When overpressure, overcurrent, or sensor fault occurs, pressurization stops.
It can be connected to the TMMS-2000 automatic calibration system to form a fully automatic pressure calibration system. Calibration personnel can complete pressure calibration work with just a mouse.
