Instrument Automatic Calibration & Maintenance Management System
Overview
The TMMS-2000 Instrument Automatic Calibration & Maintenance Management System (also called the Fully Automatic Pressure Verification System software) not only forms a fully automatic pressure verification system together with the APSL501 series calibration benches, the APSL503 intelligent pressure controllers and the APSL311 series precision pressure calibrators, but also manages pressure, temperature, flow, level, current and voltage instruments to form a complete instrument automatic calibration and maintenance management system. The pressure verification system comes in a field version (auto-calibration software + APSL501/601 series benches + APSL311 series calibrators—the software downloads field-instrument parameters to the calibrator, which records data to memory during verification and then uploads the results back for processing and report printing) and a calibration-room version (which additionally uses the APSL503 controller, APSL801 automatic piston gauge and APSL803 device connected directly to a computer for real-time verification, with data processing completed simultaneously so reports and certificates can be printed immediately).
With a single mouse click (or Start key) it drives an APSL- or EASY-type bench to automatically pressurize, depressurize, stabilize, record data, analyze errors and print reports and certificates. One computer can connect up to three benches for real-time calibration, supporting single-, dual- and four-point as well as upload/download verification modes.
It fully manages process-point and field-instrument parameters, retains multi-year before/after adjustment results, and manages verification personnel, administrators and reference equipment. It quickly generates work orders—lists of instruments due, failed or missed within a period—and computes the pre-calibration pass rate.
Management and verification are integrated: the system communicates directly with the bench or calibrator, results enter the database automatically, transmitter/switch/gauge verification is auto-identified into the right database, and results can be entered by communication or manually with automatic error analysis. Because results cannot be altered artificially, it guarantees authentic, standardized reports and greatly improves efficiency.
Compatible equipment: APSL501/601 series or EASY-type benches, APSL311 series calibrators or APSL312 series precision gauges, BETA950/960/325/135/235 calibrators, Druck calibrators and the TC2000 low-temperature verification furnace. Editions: network edition (MIS-network capable, requires a server, 65000-point database), single-machine full edition (5000 points), single-machine 560-point and single-machine 56-point editions.
