Product Description
Product Overview This software, also known as the Fully Automatic Pressure Calibration System Software, can not only form a fully automatic pressure calibration system with the APSL501series fully automatic pressure calibration benches, APSL503intelligent pressure controllers, APSL type 311 series precision pressure calibrators, etc., but also manage instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow, level, current, and voltage, constituting an automatic instrument calibration and maintenance management system.
The fully automatic pressure calibration system is divided into an on-site fully automatic pressure calibration system and a calibration room fully automatic pressure calibration system. The on-site fully automatic pressure calibration system: composed of automatic calibration software, APSL501series or 601 series fully automatic pressure calibration benches, APSL311series precision pressure calibrators (collectively referred to as "pressure calibrators"), suitable for on-site applications.
The automatic calibration software downloads the parameters of the on-site instruments to be calibrated into the pressure calibrator. During the calibration process, the calibrator automatically records data in its memory.
After calibration, the calibration results are uploaded back to the automatic calibration software for data processing and report printing. The calibration room fully automatic calibration system: composed of automatic calibration software, APSL501or 601 series fully automatic pressure calibration benches, APSL311series precision pressure calibrators, APSL503series intelligent pressure controllers, APSL801fully automatic piston-type pressure gauges, APSL803series fully automatic pressure calibration devices (collectively referred to as "fully automatic pressure calibration devices"), suitable for use in calibration rooms.
The "fully automatic pressure calibration device" is directly connected to a computer for real-time calibration, forming a fully automatic pressure calibration system. After the instruments are calibrated, data processing is completed simultaneously, and calibration reports and calibration certificates can be printed immediately.

(1) The system only needs a short time to print out the list of instruments that have expired and must be calibrated within a certain period (such as one month, one week), the list of instruments that failed calibration, and the list of instruments that were missed (scheduled for calibration but not calibrated for some reason), which is very helpful for managers to arrange work.
(2) It can calculate the pre-calibration pass rate.
Automatically print calibration reports:
The format of the verification report can be specified by the user. There can be multiple formats.
Features of the software:
Integrated management and verification. The management system can directly communicate with the fully automatic pressure calibration bench or calibrator, and verification data can directly enter the management database.
Integrated verification of pressure transmitters, pressure switches, and pressure indicating gauges. Verification results are automatically identified and stored in corresponding databases.
Results can be entered via communication or manually, and the system automatically completes error analysis, generates verification result database, verification report, and verification certificate.
The system ensures the authenticity of verification reports. Verification results cannot be manually altered, avoiding the common phenomenon of filling in verification reports from memory afterwards, thus ensuring that verification reports are authentic, credible, scientific, and standardized.

Classification of software:
This software is divided into network version, standalone full version, standalone 560-point software, and standalone 56-point software.
(1) The network version software package supports network functions and can be used on the factory MIS network. A server must be set up, and it also has the functions of the on-site fully automatic pressure calibration system and the calibration room fully automatic pressure calibration system. The database capacity is 65,000 points.
(2) Standalone full version software package, can only be used on one computer. It has both the functions of an on-site fully automatic pressure calibration system and a calibration room fully automatic pressure calibration system. The database capacity is 5000 points.
(3) Standalone 560-point software package, can only be used on one computer. It has both the functions of an on-site fully automatic pressure calibration system and a calibration room fully automatic pressure calibration system, and can be connected to APSL type, EASY type, EASE type calibration benches andBETA325 pressure calibrators. The database capacity is 560 points.
