Product Overview

The APSL313 Automatic Standard Pressure Generator Control Function Tester is designed in accordance with the national metrological verification regulation JJG1107-2015 and consists of high-resolution measuring sensors, an acquisition system and a display.

The sampling frequency is 10 Hz for Class 0.01 automatic standard pressure generators under test, and 20 Hz for Class 0.02 and lower automatic standard pressure generators.

It automatically tests parameters of the automatic standard pressure generator including overshoot or undershoot, control stability, duration, response time and control deviation.

Equipped with 5 built-in Class 0.01 pressure sensors:

Manual or automatic testing is available.

Automatic Test Procedure

1. Stopped state: set value is "0", controller vented to atmosphere.

2. Press the "Start" key, set the first setpoint and transmit it to the controller to start pressurization. Record overshoot (undershoot) during pressure stabilization. Upon receiving the stability signal from the controller or pressing the "Stable" key, start recording control stability and duration.

3. After finishing the test, press the "Setpoint Increase" key to set the second point and trigger pressurization of the controller. Record overshoot (undershoot) during pressure stabilization. If response time needs to be recorded, press the "Stable" key when the controller stabilizes to start recording control stability and duration as required.

4. Repeat Step 3) until reaching the upper limit of the measuring range.
