It is suitable for verifying pressure transmitters, pressure switches (pressure controllers), pressure indicating gauges, etc.
The APSL type 601 series portable fully automatic pressure calibration bench can have built-in HART functionality, replacing the HART handheld communicator, to set or calibrate the range of HART transmitters, so that the output current of the HART transmitter is at a fixed value (such as20mA、12mA、4mA), set linear or square root function, can perform HART zeroing on the transmitter's pressure sensor. More convenient than using a HART communicator.
Can fully automatically calibrate pressure transmitters, pressure switches, and pressure indicating gauges.
Pressure transmitter calibration:
1) Standard calibration points: range of0%、25%、50%、75%、100%, automatic return. Custom calibration points: any pressure value.
2)Default stabilization time for calibration points: 20 seconds, can be set arbitrarily between (10-240) seconds.
3) Total time for automatic calibration (9 points): about 5 minutes.
4) Built-in HART protocol, can be used as a hand-held communicator for a smart transmitter.
