Portable Fully Automatic Pressure Calibration Bench
Overview
I. Product Overview
The APSL601 Portable Hydraulic Fully Automatic Pressure Calibration Platform holds four independent intellectual property rights (ZL201220302065.8, ZL201220302062.4, ZL201420689202.7, 201530021958.4). It integrates pressure generation, pressure measurement, electrical-signal measurement and HART communication, and is used to verify pressure transmitters, pressure switches (pressure controllers) and pressure indicating gauges. With built-in HART functionality it replaces a HART hand-held communicator: it can set or calibrate the range of HART transmitters, hold the transmitter output current at a fixed value (e.g. 20 mA, 12 mA, 4 mA), set linear or square-root functions and perform HART zeroing of the transmitter’s pressure sensor—more convenient than a HART communicator.
II. Functional Features
It fully automatically verifies pressure transmitters, pressure switches and pressure indicating gauges.
For pressure transmitter verification: standard points at 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% of range with automatic return, and custom points at any pressure value; default dwell time 20 s, adjustable from 10 to 240 s; full 9-point run takes approximately 5 minutes. Built-in HART protocol, available as a smart transmitter handheld communicator.
For pressure switch verification: it can automatically detect the action value and reset value of pressure switches, and measure the contact resistance of pressure switches.
In terms of safety protection: it features over-pressure protection, sensor fault protection, etc.
Loop power supply: DC 24V/30mA; misconnection to standard gauge will not damage the standard gauge.
Pressure interface: M20×1.5 female quick connector; Current/Voltage interface: Φ4 standard banana jacks.
Power supply: 24V lithium battery with 24-hour endurance; AC adapter can be used when power is low.
Operating temperature: 5 to 50°C for water medium; -5 to 50°C for other media.
Equipped with a 7-inch true-color LCD touchscreen, delivering an elegant operation interface.
Dimensions: 215mm (H) ×280mm (D) ×320mm (W); Weight: 7kg (Pneumatic version) or 6kg (Micro-pressure version).
III. HART Communication
Supports calibration of HART smart instruments.
IV. Task Management Function
Supports instrument information management, calibration parameter configuration, automatic calibration execution, automatic data analysis, automatic marking of out-of-tolerance points, rapid storage of calibration results, task download and data upload.
V. Fully Automatic Calibration
Fully automatically calibrate transmitters, automatically record calibration results and print calibration reports. Fully automatically calibrate pressure switches, automatically capture upper and lower switching values, automatically record calibration results and print calibration reports. Fully automatically calibrate pressure indicating gauges, automatically calculate errors, automatically record calibration results and print calibration reports.
VI. User-Friendly Operation
Adopts a friendly user interface and supports curve display. The touchscreen contains built-in operation instructions for instant reference. It supports automatic leak detection and is equipped with a leakage alarm function.
