Product Description
The APSL type 501 series fully automatic pressure calibration bench can have built-in pressure modules or external pressure modules, and can have built-in HART functionality to replace a HART communicator, set or calibrate the range of HART transmitters, force the HART transmitter output current to a fixed value (such as 20mA、12mA、4mA), set linear or square root functions, can perform HART zeroing on the transmitter pressure sensor, and is more convenient to use than a HART communicator.

1. Product Overview

3. Performance indicators
Working medium: air, no external high-pressure air source needed during calibration, no need to exhaust air.
Pressure module range: (-100 to 2500) kPa.
Custom calibration range: any value between (-100 to 2500) kPa.
Vacuum can reach-100kPa below, micro pressure can be calibrated±500Pa transmitter.
The internal pipe diameter is relatively large, and a gas-liquid separator is installed, so it is not afraid of the calibrated meter carrying water or oil.
Measurement unit: kPa.
Pressure display resolution: 5 digits.
Accuracy class: Pressure:0.02class or0.05class.
Current:0.02level or0.05level.
Pressure control accuracy: touch screen display ±5 characters.
