Overview

The APSL701 series High Static Pressure Differential Pressure Fully Automatic Pressure Calibration System is a patented product of our company, covering five patents (ZL201220302065.8 built-in pressure module calibration platform;

The platform has a built-in high-accuracy static pressure sensor and differential pressure sensor. When verifying a high-static-pressure differential-pressure transmitter, you simply set the static pressure setpoint and the differential-pressure range and press "Start": the system verifies automatically—first opening the differential-pressure bypass valve and applying static pressure; once the static pressure reaches the setpoint, it verifies from 0% to 100% of the differential-pressure range according to the set number of points, automatically recording the data.

Connected to a computer, it can automatically print the verification report. The working medium is air or transformer oil, requiring no external high-pressure gas source and no air venting during verification.

The internal pipes are relatively large in diameter and fitted with a gas-liquid separator, so it tolerates devices under test that carry water or oil. Standard verification points are at 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of range with automatic return (freely configurable via computer), with custom points allowed anywhere; the default dwell time per point is adjustable from 10 to 240 s, and a full 9-point transmitter run takes about 7 minutes.

It provides over-pressure, over-current and pressure-module fault protection, a DC 24 V/30 mA loop supply that will not damage a standard gauge if mis-connected, an M20×1.5 female quick connector, φ4 standard banana jacks and an automatic verification software option.
