Fully Automatic Non-Invasive Blood Pressure Monitor Calibrator
Overview
The APSL506 Fully Automatic Blood Pressure Simulator Calibration Device is designed and produced according to the JJF1626-2017 calibration specification for blood pressure simulators. Using a microprocessor chip and pneumatic components, it achieves intelligent detection, improves accuracy and reduces operator workload, making it suitable for calibrating blood pressure simulators in metrology departments.
The device uses touchscreen display and control with a one-touch function for each requirement of JJF1626-2017—press a single function key to automatically complete a calibration item. It integrates a pressure transducer (0–34.
5 kPa, 0–5 V output, error < ±0.0345 kPa, 0.
1% output accuracy) and an oscilloscope (voltage 0 mV–5 V ±3%, frequency 0–100 Hz ±0.1%, bandwidth ≥ 20 MHz), plus a built-in 500 mL metal vessel.
It completes indication-error calibration, simulation-range test, repeatability test and airtightness test with one touch: sending adult 1/adult 2/neonate 1/neonate 2 blood-pressure ranges, outputting average pressures of 15.5/20/13.
3 kPa for repeatability and pulse-rate error, and automatically judging airtightness pass/fail.
