Product Description
The HSLY liquid piston pressure gauge is a high-accuracy pressure standard instrument. It is a measuring device that performs pressure measurement based on the principle of hydrostatic equilibrium (i.
e., the fluid pressure acting on the effective area of the piston is balanced with the gravitational force of the loaded weights).
It generally consists of a piston system, special weights, and a pressure calibrator.

Product Features
◆The piston and piston cylinder are made of tungsten carbide, which has the characteristics of high strength, high hardness, and low coefficient of linear expansion with temperature, improving the wear resistance of the piston and extending its service life.
◆The piston system has a modular design. When sending for inspection, simply unscrew the module directly (no need to carry the heavy main machine).
◆Large color screen display, the change of piston working position is displayed on a large color LCD screen, which is clearer.
◆Inclined surface design, the front end of the housing is inclined, making it more convenient for users to read than the previous vertical surface.
◆The surface of the platform is made of stainless steel, which is aesthetically pleasing and more resistant to impacts.
◆The piston is equipped with a sewage discharge system, and dirty oil in the oil cup can be directly discharged through the sewage outlet.
◆The pressurization system is reliable, lightweight and durable.
◆The high-pressure piston weight adopts a hanging basket structure, with a low center of gravity and good stability.
◆Two tested gauges can be verified simultaneously, using quick pressure connectors, with absolutely no oil leakage.
◆All indicators fully comply withJJG59-2007Piston-type pressure gauge.JJG99-2006Weights, National Metrological Verification Regulation.
Each unit can be issued with a "Verification Certificate."
