Piston Vacuum Gauge
Overview
Product Overview
The HSLZ Gas Piston Pressure Vacuum Gauge is a high-accuracy pressure standard for verifying vacuum gauges and pressure gauges. High-purity nitrogen is adopted as the working medium. Owing to the low viscosity of the medium, the additional error generated during measurement is reduced, the sensitivity of the piston is further improved, fluctuation of output standard pressure becomes smaller and better repeatability is achieved.
Both the piston rod and piston cylinder are manufactured from tungsten carbide. This material features high strength, high hardness and low linear thermal expansion coefficient, which improves wear resistance and extends the service life of the piston. The piston can maintain long rotation duration, and the friction between cylinder and piston rod is low, delivering more accurate output standard pressure values.

Product Features
High-purity nitrogen is used as the working medium. The low viscosity of the medium minimizes additional measurement error, raises piston sensitivity, reduces fluctuation of output pressure and realizes excellent repeatability.
The piston rod and piston cylinder are made of tungsten carbide. With characteristics of high strength, high hardness and low linear thermal expansion coefficient, the material enhances piston wear resistance and prolongs its service life.
The piston has a long rotation period, and friction between the piston cylinder and piston rod is low, so the output standard pressure value is more precise.
Real-time system pressure display is available, enabling users to intuitively judge pressurization and depressurization speed (optional function).
Changes of piston position are judged by reference to scale lines; maximum and minimum scale lines are provided.
The weights have been corrected according to pressure deformation coefficient and local gravitational acceleration.
All technical indicators fully comply with national metrological verification regulations JJG1086-2013 Gas Piston Pressure Gauges and JJG99-2006 Weights. A Verification Certificate can be issued for each instrument.
