Gas Cylinder Regulator Calibrator
Overview
The MPSL-RED Gas Cylinder Pressure Regulator Calibrator is our latest product, developed after reviewing the shortcomings of previous calibration instruments. When metrology departments at all levels verify the pressure gauges of regulators for oxygen, acetylene, argon, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, hydrogen and other gases, they normally have to dismount the gauges for testing—which easily causes leakage on re-installation, changes the gauge orientation and affects readings, contaminates the gauges and makes the work cumbersome.
After visiting many users and drawing on years of pressure-source development experience, we designed this product to fully solve those problems. Used together with a nitrogen cylinder (or a gas source of no less than 4 MPa), it is the ideal product for overall verification of gas regulators.
Key features:
- whole-unit verification of cylinder regulators without dismounting the gauge
- main sealing components use imported German Freudenberg sealing materials for no leakage and long life
- German FESTO stainless steel construction for an attractive, corrosion-resistant finish
- oil-free lubrication for safe, reliable operation
- the ability to check regulator sealing
- quick connections that greatly improve efficiency
- simultaneous verification of the regulator's safety valve
- an optional standard flow meter for testing float-type flow meters
- a quick-connect output port for wrench-free instrument mounting
- and a refined, portable aluminium-alloy carrying case included as standard.
