APSL801 Absolute Pressure Fully Automatic Piston Pressure Gauge

Overview

The APSL801 Fully Automatic Piston Pressure Gauge is developed based on the invention patents "A Wear-Resistant Fully Automatic Piston Pressure Gauge" (ZL201910276297.7) and "A Wear-Resistant Absolute-Pressure Fully Automatic Piston Pressure Gauge" (ZL202122144084.4). Before verification begins, it automatically starts a high-power vacuum pump to quickly evacuate the vacuum bell to within 20 Pa, then automatically loads weights and applies pressure by setpoint until the piston is floated; after stabilizing for the specified time it advances to the next point. A built-in atmospheric-pressure sensor displays the local atmospheric pressure. Setpoints can be stepped via the "setpoint increase/decrease" keys by a freely adjustable control step, or entered directly on the touchscreen; once the piston floats, the descent rate is calculated automatically. During pressure control the weights rotate automatically and stop rotating when control stops. It automatically measures 2–4 current channels and can verify 2–4 transmitters simultaneously. Accuracy: pressure Class 0.005/0.01/0.02/0.05; current (0–22) mA Class 0.02; voltage (0–5.5) V Class 0.02. Compensation includes vacuum-bell pressure correction (imported 133 Pa sensor, 0.25% of reading) and gravitational-acceleration correction of the weight mass. Absolute-pressure ranges from (6–110) kPaa up to (200–10000) kPaa.
