1. Overview

APSL801The fully automatic piston pressure gauge is a product designed and developed by our company based on the invention patents "An Anti-Wear Fully Automatic Piston Pressure Gauge (Patent No.: ZL201910276297.7) and "An Anti-Wear Fully Automatic Piston Pressure Gauge for Absolute Pressure (Patent No.: ZL202122144084.4).

Before starting the verification, automatically start the high-power vacuum pump to quickly pump the pressure inside the vacuum cover to within 20 Pa, then automatically load weights according to the set value, automatically pressurize until the piston is lifted, after stabilizing for a specified time, proceed to the next point.

Due to the installation of an atmospheric pressure sensor, the local atmospheric pressure can be displayed.

As shown in the figure below, the set value can be operated by the "Set Value Increase" and "Set Value Decrease" buttons in steps according to the control step, or directly through the input window on the touch screen; the control step can be modified arbitrarily; after the piston is lifted, the descent speed is automatically calculated. When controlling pressure, the weights are automatically rotated, and when stopped, the rotation automatically stops; automatically measure 2-4 channels of current, and can verify 2-4 transmitters simultaneously.
