APSL801 Positive & Negative Pressure Fully Automatic Piston Pressure Gauge

Overview

Product Overview

APSL801 Positive & Negative Pressure Fully Automatic Piston Pressure Gauge is a product developed from the invention patents "A Wear-Resistant Fully Automatic Piston Pressure Gauge" (patent No. ZL201910276297.7) and "A Positive and Negative Pressure Fully Automatic Piston Pressure Gauge and Method of Use" (patent No. 202210010954.5). It loads weights and applies pressure fully automatically, achieving wear resistance at any moment so the piston system's maximum error stays within the permissible error throughout a calibration cycle.

The system includes a fully automatic pressure calibration bench: it supplies 24 V power and measures real-time pressure, input current, input voltage, piston position, weight rotation speed, piston-head temperature and humidity, and can fully automatically verify pressure transmitters, digital pressure gauges and precision gauges with automatic setting of the number of verification points. Verification is fast—only about 8 minutes to verify 2–4 pressure transmitters.

It automatically loads weights and pressurizes according to the setpoint until the piston is lifted, then, after stabilizing for the specified time, proceeds to the next point. A built-in atmospheric pressure sensor displays the local atmospheric pressure.

The setpoint can be stepped using the "setpoint increase" and "setpoint decrease" keys by control step, or entered directly via the touchscreen input window, and the control step can be arbitrarily modified; once the piston is lifted, the descent rate is calculated automatically. During pressure control the weights rotate automatically and stop rotating automatically when control stops.
