APSL801Type high-pressure fully automatic gas piston pressure gauge consists of an air compressor, intelligent high-pressure gas source, dedicated pressure controller (calibrated workbench), and fully automatic gas piston pressure gauge. The intelligent high-pressure gas source is composed of a high-pressure pump controller, automatic pressure regulating valve, and high-pressure pump (two-stage boosting).
During normal operation, the fully automatic piston pressure gauge controls the intelligent high-pressure gas source, sends pressure setpoints according to calibration points, maintains the gas source pressure near the setpoint, and the fully automatic piston pressure gauge controls the pressure controller for fine positive and negative adjustments (adjustment range +-10%), keeping the piston in a floating state.

1. Overview:
APSL801The high-pressure fully automatic gas piston pressure gauge consists of an air compressor, an intelligent high-pressure gas source, a dedicated pressure controller (calibration workbench), and a fully automatic gas piston pressure gauge. The intelligent high-pressure gas source is composed of a high-pressure pump controller, an automatic pressure regulating valve, and a high-pressure pump (two-stage boosting). During normal operation, the fully automatic piston pressure gauge controls the intelligent high-pressure gas source, sends pressure setpoints according to calibration points, maintains the gas source pressure near the setpoint, and controls the pressure controller for fine positive and negative adjustments (adjustment range +-10%), keeping the piston in a floating state.
The outlet pressure of the intelligent high-pressure gas source is adjusted back by the pressure controller, which controls the inlet and exhaust valves of the pressure controller to slowly adjust the outlet pressure back.

2.3, Functions of the high-pressure pump controller
1) Pressure detection function: simultaneously measure the driving gas source pressure PL, inlet pressure PA, outlet pressure Po, and can be displayed on the display window.
2) Pressure setpoint function: The pressure setpoint can be set locally, remotely via serial port, or via WiFi on a mobile phone.
3) Pressure control function:
Control according to the setpoint. When Po is higher than the setpoint,0.5MPa the high-pressure pump stops working, and the outlet pressure remains unchanged. When Po is lower than the setpoint,0.5MPa When, the high-pressure pump starts working.
After setting the pressure setpoint, the drive pressure PL is automatically adjusted according to the formula.
4) Alarm function:
When the drive air source pressure PL is out of range.

2.4, Safety assurance
No manual valves are provided, ensuring no opportunity for personnel to come into close contact with high-pressure sources, ensuring personnel safety.
Adopt 8mm stainless steel tube hard seal method to transmit pressure, ensuring sealing and safety during pressure transmission. Even at 300MPa pressure, leakage can be prevented.
Very low inlet pressure is adopted, eliminating safety hazards caused by inlet pressure. And it can greatly extend the usage efficiency of nitrogen.
The outlet pressure can be precisely controlled, and the driving pressure is precisely controlled, ensuring that the outlet pressure will not lose control under any circumstances, ensuring safety.
Comprehensive detection of outlet pressure, drive pressure, and inlet pressure is carried out, with complete alarm and protection functions. Any alarm signal will stop pressurization to ensure safety.
An automatic pressure regulator is set so that the inlet pressure can automatically follow changes in the set value. Even if the solenoid valve controlling the outlet pressure fails, no safety accident will occur, only the pressure control deviation will be slightly enlarged.
A iron plate shell is set, and all devices are inside the iron plate shell. Even if the pump leaks, it will not hurt people.
