Product Overview

The APSL801 High-Pressure Gas Fully Automatic Piston Pressure Gauge comprises an air compressor, the APSL811 intelligent high-pressure gas source, a dedicated pressure controller (test bench) and a fully automatic gas piston pressure gauge. The gauge sends a pressure setpoint by verification point, holding the source near that value while the controller applies fine positive/negative adjustment (±10%) to float the piston; source outlet pressure is slowly brought back by controlling the controller's intake and exhaust valves.

The APSL811 source (compressor drive gas PL 0.3–0.8 MPa, 1–1.5 m³/min; nitrogen inlet PA 0.1–0.8 MPa, never above 1 MPa; two-stage high-pressure pump outlet Po 1–100 MPa, stable Po=120×PL+10×PA) uses a Japanese auto-regulator (set 0.05–0.85 MPa, max 3 m³/min, max supply 1.25 MPa, 1/2" NPT, control accuracy ±0.01 MPa ≈ ±1.2 MPa outlet). The pump controller measures PL, PA and Po, allows local/serial/WiFi setpoints, auto-adjusts PL by formula, and provides full alarms (PL out of range or 0.05 MPa off the required value, PA out of range, Po 2 MPa over setpoint) with pressurization stopped on any alarm.

The dedicated controller (0.5 MPa control gas) raises/lowers pressure via pneumatic needle valves, vents through an expansion-deceleration device, can depressurize the source, controls piston position within ±1 mm, and mounts 2–4 devices under test (M20×1.5).
