Product Overview

The APSL801 Hydraulic Fully Automatic Piston Pressure Gauge is a product developed based on the invention patent "A Wear-Resistant Fully Automatic Piston Pressure Gauge" (Patent No. ZL201910276297.7), consisting of a fully automatic piston pressure gauge main unit and a pressure controller. The device enables fully automatic weight loading and pressurization, while maintaining wear resistance throughout the entire calibration process, ensuring that the maximum error of the piston system never exceeds the permissible error within a calibration cycle.

System Functions

The system integrates all the functions of a fully automatic pressure calibration bench, supporting fully automatic verification of pressure transmitters, digital pressure gauges and precision pressure gauges. It provides 24V power output and measures real-time pressure, current, voltage, piston position, weight rotation speed and piston-head temperature, with the number of verification points automatically set. The verification is fast—verifying two pressure transmitters takes only about 8 minutes.

Technical Advantages

The product features fully automatic weight loading and synchronous rotation, a wear-free piston system, a built-in dedicated pressure source, multi-sensor measurement, voice interaction control, video playback and remote control (via serial port or WiFi). It can also be equipped with automatic venting and pre-pressurization accessories for unattended operation.

Specifications

The measuring range covers multiple ranges from (0.1 to 640) MPa, with resolution from 0.02 MPa to 2 MPa. Pressure accuracy reaches Class 0.005, 0.01, 0.02 or 0.05; current (0–22 mA) and voltage (0–5.5 V) accuracy are both Class 0.02. The piston rod and cylinder are made of tungsten carbide, weights are made of non-magnetic stainless steel, and the working medium is a mixture of dichlorodifluoromethane and transformer oil. Equipped with 2 to 4 M20×1.5 quick-connect pressure ports and 2 to 4 electrical measurement channels, with 24V power output. It can connect to TMMS-2000 software for automatic verification report printing and complies with JJG59-2022 and JJG99-2006 national metrological verification regulations.

The model selection format is S-L-R-Q-A-D, where S is the upper range limit (MPa), L is the lower range limit (MPa), R is the resolution (MPa), Q is the nominal area (mm²), A is the accuracy class, and D is the number of channels (N for four channels, D for dual channels, S for single channel).
