The APSL801 Zero-Start Micro-Pressure Fully Automatic Piston Pressure Gauge is a patented product developed from the invention patent "A Wear-Resistant Fully Automatic Piston Pressure Gauge" (patent No. ZL201910276297.7), comprising a fully automatic piston pressure gauge main unit, a pressure controller and a balance. It loads weights, applies pressure and balances fully automatically, using the balance to automatically balance the hanging-basket mass so it truly starts from zero and any decimal setpoint can be set.
It maintains wear resistance at all times so the piston system's maximum error stays within tolerance throughout a calibration cycle. The system includes a fully automatic pressure calibration bench: it can automatically verify pressure transmitters, digital pressure gauges and precision gauges, supplying 24 V power and measuring real-time pressure, input current, input voltage, piston position, weight rotation speed and piston-head temperature, with automatic setting of the number of verification points—capable of verifying small-range micro-pressure sensors such as 1 kPa and 500 Pa.
