APSL801 Fully Automatic Piston Area Calibration Device
Overview
The APSL801 Fully Automatic Piston Area Calibration Device is a patented product consisting of a standard fully automatic piston pressure gauge, a piston pressure gauge under test, and a pressure controller. It loads weights and applies pressure fully automatically, maintaining wear resistance at all times so the piston system's maximum error stays within tolerance throughout a calibration cycle. Designed fully in accordance with JJG 59-2022 (Verification Regulation for Liquid Piston Pressure Gauges), it can automatically calibrate the effective area of 250 MPa, 160 MPa, 100 MPa, 60 MPa, 25 MPa and 6 MPa liquid piston pressure gauges. It automatically balances 11 points, calculates the area of 9 points, and by least-squares fitting derives the zero-pressure area, maximum area and deformation coefficient—one area calibration takes about 40 minutes. With true one-key operation, after selecting the range, the nominal area under test and the standard nominal area, a single press of "Start" runs pressurization, depressurization, stabilization, automatic balancing, data logging and calculation automatically; results can be printed or exported to a USB drive as an Excel report. Balance: range 3–5 kg, resolution 0.01 g. Under-test piston heads mount/dismount easily by raising all test weights with the "raise weights" key. Complete protection: alarm and pressurization lock-out when pressure exceeds 110% of the selected range; buzzer and balance stop at the balance limit; the standard gauge automatically adds or removes small weights when the balance is out of range. Working medium: dibasic sebacate ester or a kerosene/transformer-oil mixture. Pressure range (0.1–250) MPa (model-dependent). Display resolution: 6-digit pressure, 7-digit mass, 8-digit area. Accuracy: pressure standard Class 0.005/0.01/0.02. Power AC 220 V/50 Hz. Weight 200 kg; enclosure 526×459×215 mm; 60 MPa weight-rack height (252–329) mm. Suitable for hanging-basket type pistons (not tray type). Standard adapter heads for Shanghai Minyu, Taiyuan Taihang and Shaanxi Chuangwei piston heads (specify others when ordering). Classes: high-pressure (250/160 MPa, standard nominal area 0.05 cm²), medium-pressure (100/60/25 MPa, 0.1 cm²), low-pressure (6/0.6 MPa, 1 cm²).
