This device is designed completely in accordance with the "JJG 59-2022 Verification Regulation of Liquid Piston Pressure Gauges" and can automatically calibrate the area of liquid piston pressure gauges.250MPa、160MPa、100MPa、60MPa、25MPa、6MPaIt automatically balances at 11 points, calculates the area at 9 points, and finally calculates the zero-pressure area, maximum area, and deformation coefficient using the least squares method, as shown in the figure "Area Calibration Results". The time for one area calibration is about 40 minutes, greatly improving work efficiency.
